Issue with MrLuck Casino – Withdrawals Delayed and No Communication

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with MrLuck Casino, which I believe has acted in an unfair and highly questionable manner, particularly when it comes to withdrawals.
I recently registered with the casino under the impression that it was a legitimate and trustworthy platform, especially as it presents itself as being licensed for UK players. Based on that, I expected a safe and reliable environment.
Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
A few days ago, I requested my first withdrawal of £105. Since then, the transaction has remained in a “pending” status with no progress or explanation provided. Despite waiting and giving them time, no payment has been processed.
I attempted to contact their support team multiple times via both email and live chat, asking for clarification and requesting that my withdrawal be processed. However, I have either been ignored or received only generic responses with no meaningful information.
In the meantime, I continued to use the site and made additional withdrawal requests of £200 and £146. These payments are also still pending, with no updates or communication from the casino.
At this point, all three withdrawals remain unpaid, and there has been no clear effort from the operator to resolve the situation or reassure me.
This lack of communication, combined with the unexplained delays, raises serious concerns. From my perspective, this behaviour feels highly unprofessional and potentially deceptive.
I am now extremely worried that my funds may not be returned. The entire situation has caused a great deal of stress and frustration, and it has completely undermined my trust in the platform.
If there is any guidance or assistance available on how I can recover my funds, I would be very grateful.
